Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking using the Notos Studios website since they will form the basis of the agreement between you and all adults and/or minors who form part of your booking. By accessing or using the website you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions as they may be modified and posted from time to time. We reserve the right to make changes or corrections, alter, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the website at any time.
You should carefully read the room rate details, the availability, the prices, the cancellation policy before proceeding to make an online reservation. We reserve the right to periodically review the room prices. VAT and taxes are included in the price of the room. In order to guarantee a booking, payment is required. There will be a 30% deposit charged at the time of booking and 70% will be charged upon arrival. The total price of the non refundable reservation can be charged at the time of booking and no refund is given in case of cancellation.
In case of cancellation until 21 days prior to arrival the deposit is charged.
For cancellations less than 20 days prior to arrival or no shows 100% of the total reservation price will be charged to the credit card provided on the booking.
The hotel may cancel the booking if the whole or any part of it is closed due to circumstances beyond its control. In such an event the hotel will refund payments but shall have no further liability to the guest. In the unlikely event of overbooking, we will attempt to locate suitable alternative local accommodation at no extra charge. Where this is not possible, or alternative accommodation is not required, we will cancel the booking and make a full refund of the sum paid for the room at the time of booking.
Check in time is from 2 pm on the date of booking and check out time is before 12 noon on the date of departure. Clients occupying the room longer than 12 noon are charged an extra 50% of the room rate. After 18:00 a full room rate is payable.
Cots may be available but availability is limited. Accessible rooms with facilities for disabled guests are not available. Pets are not allowed to accompany customers at the hotel. Due to safety reasons children under the age of ten are not allowed in the Junior Suite and in the Superior Suite of Notos Villa.
No responsibility whatsoever is accepted in respect of theft, injury or disease to guests or visitors, nor for loss or damage to property of any kind, unless arising as a result of negligence by the hotel or its employees. Guests should arrange for their own insurance.
